network.http.pipelining in Firefox: better not to enable it

I’ve read in a lot of sites that enabling the option network.http.pipelining in the about:config advances Firefox options tabs is a good way to improve Firefox page loading times. It works, but BETTER NOT TO DO IT because it ruins the performance of the Firefox GUI, so if you’re loading a page the other tabs act horribly unresponsive, get hang, etc. And it doesn’t really improve page loading times so much; I’ve read “10 times faster” on some sites. These freaks must smoke really good things.
